Guiorgy 3ff26fa145 docker: Fix Dockerfile style warnings ...

This patch fixes some Dockerfile style warnings:

- `WARN: FromAsCasing: 'as' and 'FROM' keywords' casing do not match`
- `LegacyKeyValueFormat: "ENV key=value" should be used instead of
  legacy "ENV key value" format`
