Cosmin Marc cd65154a36 Update gitignore. 
Add to libzint.vcxproj missing files.
Fix missing include in emf.c.
Add x64 configuration.
Change paths to point to extern folder for external libs(lipbng, zlib).
Updated version in rc file.
