3b9af85924 sanitize: naive CSS sanitizer implementation 
- CSS sanitizer allows a limited set of properties in a style attribute.
- Added a CSS inlined version of the tutsplus responsive test mail.
- Linter fixes in inbucket.go

511e014a90 Support down-converting of HTML to plain text 
- Display a warning when text was generated from HTML
- Add a semi complicated, responsive HTML email for future testing
