Alberto Bertogli	e98464c424	docker: Add Dockerfile for running chasquid+dovecot+letsencrypt ... This patch adds a new docker directory, which contains a Dockerfile plus some additional configuration for creating a container that runs chasquid+dovecot+letsencrypt.
